For some time now, we have heard rumors that employees are giving notice or threatening to quit if they can no longer work from home. That’s because working remotely has been great for a lot of people – the lack of commuting, flexible hours, and more casual clothing created a massive boon to quality of life, not to mention the productivity gains some workers noticed without regular interruptions from chatty conversation have colleagues.

But are people really ready to quit their jobs if they can’t keep working in pajamas? I was curious about how real the trend was so I asked all of you, was pretty surprised with the answer, and wrote about it at Slate today. You can read it here.
